I am moving out and looking for someone to take over my double room in a modern 3 bedroom flat next to Kensington Olympia Station.

Good location, 5 minutes by walk to High Street Kensington, 15 minutes by walk to Sheperds Bush and to Hammersmith Station.

The room has all new furniture, double bed, new matress, one wardrobe and two bedside tables.

In the flat you will share one kitchen fully furnished with washing machine and TV and one small bathroom.

You will live with other two italian friendly professionals in a clean and tidy house that you can call 'home'.

The contract will end on 27th September (then you can consider if to renew it).

References job and previous landlord are required.

I am flexible on the date of my move out, after references checked of the new tenant the room will be available to move in.

Rent of the room is 583 pounds pcm.
