A separate, quiet bedroom with a desk, dark curtains, and plenty of storage space.
LIVING ROOM:
A sofa with a dining table and a wall-mounted TV.
KITCHEN:
A fully equipped kitchen.

The flat is located on the first floor.

I’m looking for a reliable and respectful tenant (or couple) who will treat the space with care and communicate clearly - that’s really important to me.
