Suit responsible professional or mature student, excellent transport links, huge variety of shops, more of a home than a party flat. Walk in wardrobe (and there is a desk, plus shelving in room). Share 1 female busy, but friendly and clean, looking for similar. Quite high spec materials so needs to be appreciated, and looked after.

Would ideally prefer applicants with London offices or commute... so this can be a sanctuary from the noise, heat and hectic..... Hope that make sense as a home environment ideally. Sorry not for couples.
