Hello! I am leaving my current flat early as I will be away for the summer , so I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment from mid July till end of September, with the goal being taking over the tenancy for another year! The deposit would be at 1000 paid to our agent if wanting to take over the lease from July! :)
My other flatmate is also looking to sublet her room however from 1st of July, so if you have any friend wanting to move in together that is possible as well! Check it out by searching the same postcode!
It is a queer household and we split the rent based on room size with mine being the biggest. Bills that need to be paid are mostly council tax that is not included in price. This is a very cheap room as the area is super convenient with Notting Hill Gate Station (2 mins away) providing transportation and links to central in just 10 minutes. You could also visit Portobello Market (12 mins walk) to catch celebrities such as Jacob Elordi!
Btw, the pole will leave with me (unfortunately) so don’t worry!
