A vibrant purple room with three windows and super-king bed with lovely Emma mattress. The decor is rich in colours. The wardrobe is Louis XV style made by a renowned factory in 1950-60s. Very convenient to organise cloths.

The kitchen/dinning room is fully equipped and is our get together place. This is where we share meals ( I love healthy home cooked food) and deep conversations. There is a washer-dryer installed. A big fridge, and I have one more in case extra space is needed. I am a coffee lover and there is a manual coffee machine which makes amazing frothed milk, hence we can never be short of cappuccinos, matcha lattes and tumeric lattes and hot chocolates.

Bathroom feels as another room and is quite specious. It is one of the shared spaces not heavily used as I have most of my showers in the gym. I go to the office later in the day.

I am looking for the right person or two to contribute to the creative energy of my space. I worked for start-ups and large companies in the past. A good part of my work was in financial industry, and now I work in academia. I also practice arts (published poet, paintings on my walls, short films) . Big fan of yoga and martial arts ( especially the philosophy behind).

I eat healthy food and love cooking and sharing. Love deep conversations around that round table.

The flat is in Kensington, conveniently located between three tube stations (Earls Court, West Kensington and Kensington Olympia). Holland park is within walking distance. Tesco Kensington Superstore on Cromwell Road is one minute walk away.

I welcome creative, curious individuals, who have clear goals and ambitions in mind. Students are welcome as well, as I believe you are the biggest contributors with new ideas and you are our future. Also, if you are in the town for a short stay, please contact me. I am an experienced host.

Prefer short stays, can consider long term.

A couple £2500 ( I charge extra as the flat capacity is max three people)

Supershort stays (All inclusive):
Daily rates: £100per night (one room one person)
Weekly rate: £700

Two rooms (same flat) from 01May24 onwards:
For one person's use ( i. e. work space plus living space) £2500
For two friends £3000
