2 months sublet with an option for extention

From now to 30th June,.

I am leaving London and looking for a replacement flatmate. A bright and spacious double room in a 3-bed flat on Kensington High Street.

It comes furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, double wardrobes, shelves, & a bedside table
A large bathroom with a tub is shared with other flatmates.

Close to tube station, overground and bus:
5 mins walk to Kensington Olympia station (overground, trains & tube)
15mins walk to Kensington High Street (tube)
Bus stop right outside the building

Above a Sainsbury Local
10mins walk to Tesco Superstore
10 mins bus ride to IKEA

Flatmates:
2 Indian girls in twenties, friendly and sweet and they mind their own business.

Rent per month : £950 + utility bills( council tax, electricity & wifi)
deposit: £1000
(Water and heat are paid in rent)

We have now given our notice and the contract ends on 30th of June.
