Have two spare rooms available in my London apartment. I'm abroad, in the countryside, or at my girlfriends more often than not. So I'm paying £4.5kpcm for a nice place that is empty most of the time.
Both rooms have plenty of storage space (huge amount in the larger), a TV, space for a desk (even though only one in smaller room), and bedding (incl. pillows, blankets and several spares). The shared living room also has a large smart TV and the flat is equipped with (scary fast) WiFi. Kitchen is well equipped with new appliances.
The price includes council tax, and broadband, a weekly cleaner, and bills are v reasonable.
