Looking for someone to move into my flatmate’s room for the long term. In addition, also looking for someone to sublet my own room for 3 months in a lovely flat in Earls Court ✨

ROOM 1 is a large double bedroom for 1170£ with storage space and an en-suite bathroom and access to garden, available in September for 1+ year.

ROOM 2 (my room) is a large and bright double bedroom for 1170£ with storage space and an own bathroom, available in October for 3 months.

🏡HOUSE
Fully equipped living room and kitchen, with a bright conservatory (great for wfh days) and a lovely backyard 🌳 There’s also space for a bike at the front of the house.

📍LOCATION
Residential area with pubs, coffee shops and restaurants. Earls court main road is just around the corner. Super well connected with around a 6min walk from Earls Court station (District line and Piccadilly line), 5min from West Brompton (Overground) and 15ish min from Gloucester road (Circle line)

Im lebanese/American and have been in the UK for ~7 years. I work in comms consulting with pretty long hours and travel with work every few months. I’m active, love the outdoors, a wholesome day in the park as well as an afternoon at the pub/ occasional night out. And while I keep busy I love some down time at home.

Given that this is a 2 bed flat it’s important for me to find someone who’s looking to be friends rather than simply co-existing. Looking for someone chill, tidy, fun, and who’d respect the space and call this place home. Preferably looking for a female (22/28) but flexible!
