Hi my name’s Priyanka , currently looking for another flatmate as my current flatmate is moving to Bristol. I am looking for another girl to take over her room (ideally similar age and professional so we can split council tax. I don’t mind sharing with a student, if they’re happy to split council tax). The area is super residential and very safe, even at night.

Flat details
cost: £1175 per month minus bills, council tax band D. The rent is paid monthly and the tenancy starts on 7th October, for 11 months (landlord is open to extending the lease after September 2025). Bills are around £100 - £115 per person, depending on usage.
Deposit is 5 weeks rent.

Room details:
Well-sized room, furnished with double bed, in built cupboards, large dresser & heater/fan. There is also a lovely window nook which gets a lot of direct sunlight. There is enough space for a desk for wfh (my flatmate is open to selling hers, but can easily find one for less than £20 on FB marketplace).

The flat is fully furnished and has a separate kitchen with washing machine, large living room with family sized dining table and 1 bathroom. The flat gets lots of natural light, especially in the afternoon as the living room and room are west facing. There is loads of storage space too.

About me:

Im 23, graduated last year and working in the City. I’m originally from Kenya. I’m a people person and would like to have a flatmate I get on with and ideally develop a friendship with. I enjoy wholesome nights in (watching shows, cooking together, cheese & wine nights etc) and going to bars. I like reading and Pilates. I would like to make the flat a clean and comfortable environment for myself and the other tenant. I wfh one-two days a week and love baking (be prepared for sweet treats!).
