Kensington flat flexible sublet Dec-Jan

I am looking to sublet my bedroom in my 2 bed 2 bath flat. The dates are flexible as the space is available from early December through to mid January. Happy to discuss part time or the full length rental. My flatmate will only be in the flat for the first couple of days in December and will also be away so you will essentially have the entire flat to yourself although only access to one of the bedrooms and bathrooms.

5 minute walk to Kensington Olympia station
10 minute walk to high street Kensington
Right on the high street with lots of shops
Broadband included as are bills
Females preferred
Tv set up, washer and drier
Living room with large dining room table
