An ensuite room in a two bed room-two bathroom flat strategically located in the heart of Kensington will become available from 9th February 2025.

ABOUT THE ROOM

The room advertised is Bedroom 2 in the flat map.

This is an ensuite double bedroom of decent size (about 16sqm, plus its bathroom – please see the floor map attached) and has a very big wardrobe, with plenty of space. The room comes with the bed, mattress and drawers. The desk and office chair belong to my current flatmate; however, the desk can be available, if needed. The bathroom is of good size as well. It has a powerful shower and is well-equipped.

ABOUT THE FLAT

The common areas include the kitchen, the living room, the corridor and the stairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher, an electric oven and a microwave oven. The fridge/freezer is big and sufficient for two people. The living room has a massive, comfortable sofa. The washing machine and the drier are conveniently located in a separate small room, in the corridor. The heating works well and the boiler is brand-new (it was changed at the beginning of this year).

In general, this is a very quiet place during both the day and the night. This is not a party flat.

Please note that this is a basement flat in a Victorian building.

The flat is strategically located at approximately an equal distance between High Street Kensington (District and Circle Lines), Earl’s Court and Gloucester Road (District, Circle and Piccadilly Lines), which is great. It is also very close to Holland Park and Kensington Gardens.

This is an excellent area, with plenty of shops and big supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Tesco), all at a walking distance.

The monthly rent is GBP 1,175.00, plus bills (around GBP 110.00-120.00 per month). Internet speed is great (full fiber). The deposit is GBP 1,298.08.
