This is an ensuite double bedroom of decent size (about 16sqm, plus its bathroom – please see the floor map attached) and has a very big wardrobe, with plenty of space. The room comes with the bed, mattress and drawers. The desk and office chair belong to my current flatmate; however, the desk can be available, if needed. The bathroom is of good size as well. It has a powerful shower and is well-equipped.

The common areas include the kitchen, the living room, the corridor and the stairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher, an electric oven and a microwave oven. The fridge/freezer is big and sufficient for two people. The living room has a massive, comfortable sofa. The washing machine and the drier are conveniently located in a separate small room, in the corridor. The heating works well and the boiler is brand-new (it was changed at the beginning of this year).
In general, this is a very quiet place during both the day and the night. This is not a party flat.
