This is a very quiet peaceful flat on the second floor in a Victorian building and has been treated as home and respected by the neighbours too.

The flat was unfurnished however we can discuss sharing as we have paid with the former flatmate who moved out already and was paid half/half for a sofa, chairs in the kitchen and the IKEA very good condition bed in the bedroom.

I am looking for a new flatmate aged 30-45, who generally works full time in the office is a non-smoker clean and respectful of other people’s spaces and privacy as I am. Someone who likes to have a good chat together, from time to time, but who has her own life?

The flat is strategically located approximately an equal distance between Holland Park / Shepards Bush ( Central Line) & High Street Kensington & Kensington Olympia ( District Line and Picadilly Line )

This is an excellent area, with plenty of shops in Westfield ( 5 minutes away )

The monthly rent is £1065 plus bills of around £200
The agency which manages the flat is quite efficient and will deal with all administrative tasks.

I am a professional working in a corporate office in the city. I am clean, tidy and well-organised and trying to have a healthy lifestyle.

I love yoga, long walks, running and some relaxing days in the spa.
Music, reading and travelling are my passion.
