Double room in lovely flat - Chelsea!

We are looking for someone to rent the third bedroom in our 3-bed flat on Fulham Road - details below!

[The flat]
The room is a bright double room. It would come with the bed (with storage underneath), mattress, wardrobe with mirror, shelf, and a desk. The communal area is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and nicely decorated living/dining room. There are two bathrooms in the flat and you would be sharing one of them with another girl. There is a Sainsbury’s Local right next to the flat, and M&S, Waitrose, Tesco are all in walking distance. There is a bus stop with 24h buses that go to central London right outside the flat, and Earl’s court, Fulham Broadway, and West Brompton stations are all about 12minute walk (quicker by bus).

[Who you’d be living with]
You would be sharing the flat with 2 girls (27 & 28 y/o) - we work in East/central London in law and consulting (and work from home 2-4 days a week!).

[About You]
We are looking for a girl aged 26-30 who will keep the flat clean/tidy and who wants to be social- We have our own lives but enjoy hanging out together, hosting dinner parties, and going out together for brunch/pubs/shopping as well! We’re looking for someone who is like-minded and respectful and has a good balance of social/chill. No smoking or pets pls

Rent payments would start from 21 April so move in date is anytime from then. The tenancy is until April 21st 2027 and you'd be a good fit if youre looking for a 1-2 year commitment

[Rent]
The rent is ￡1,250 per month + bills. Bills (incl. council tax) are about 150 per month.
