I am a current tenant looking for a replacement for my beautiful, spacious double room in Lexham House. It is a 3-bedroom apartment with huge rooms and windows. The apartment is fully furnished and is 12-minute walk from Imperial College London. The other two flatmates are current Imperial College students and are lovely and quiet people. We respect each other's privacy and presence.
The room is perfect for current students(Bachelor, Postgraduate, etc.) who are looking to stay for the coming academic year. The tenancy starts from 19 Sept 2026, and is for 1 year, but you can extend if you wish so. One of the current flatmates will be doing her PhD and the other will be doing her Bachelor's, so they will stay for 3 years. Neither of them smokes or drink and believes in sustaining a healthy lifestyle :)
The bills are not included, but would be around 66 GBP per month. Please message me if you are interested or for more details :)
