I'm moving out of my lovely room after living here for over 4 years and am looking for someone to take over. It's a clean, spacious room in a well-maintained shared house with respectful and easygoing housemates.

7 mins walk from Shepherd's Bush station and 10 mins from Holland Park station / Zone 2 / West London

💷 Rent & Contract:
£1295 per calendar month (all bills included)

Move-in: Available now (flexible), the sooner the better.

New tenant will be signing a 12-month contract with a 6-month break clause

12-month contract starting from the new tenant's move-in date
