One of our flatmates is moving back to Italy, so we’re looking for someone new to join us. We are three Italians (2 girls and 1 boy), all fluent English speakers. The flat offers generous living space and a welcoming atmosphere, featuring:

- A large living and dining area with plenty of natural light.

- Two private balconies with double exposure, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, and all essentials).

- Wifi and ample storage throughout.

The available room is the master suite on the upper floor, offering full privacy, private access, and a modern ensuite bathroom.

The property is located just a 5-minute walk from Gloucester Road and Earl’s Court tube stations (District, Piccadilly, and Circle lines), providing quick connections to central London, Heathrow, and the West End. Supermarkets, cafés, gyms, and restaurants are all nearby.

You’ll be sharing the flat with three young Italian professionals (two women and one man), all fluent in English, friendly, and respectful.
