We’re two young professionals looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate to join us in our lovely home. We have a spacious, fully furnished single bedroom available, ready for someone to move in very soon.

The flat is in a great location and offers plenty of space, including a double living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms.

We enjoy a sociable yet relaxed lifestyle—hosting the occasional dinner party, having friends over after work, cooking together, playing tennis, and listening to music. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is fairly independent, mostly doesn’t work from home, and appreciates a clean and welcoming environment.
