Bright Double Bedroom available in Kensington

Hello,

Here is a lovely bright large double bedroom (superking size bed).

Even if the postcode shows W14. We are still in Kensington and Chelsea and 5 minutes walk from Notting Hill!

I am looking for a short-term flatmate to share my flat. I would prefer a very short term up to 1 or 3 months max but if there is a good fit and we get along. I may consider a longer period. To be discussed.

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, discreet, also eco-conscious (for instance, mindful to turn off lights, taking quick showers or not cooking too excessively). I am just been open on this as bills can go up very quickly and since the bills are inclusive I would prefer someone that is respectful of the above conditions.

The flat has a very nice vibe and feel. There is no shared living room but a small table and stool in the kitchen to eat during the times when its accessible.

The neighbourhood is amazing, convenient shops and restaurants just around the corner, as well as transports: Bus from Holland road, Sheperds bush's Station and Kensington Olympia Station at less than 5 minutes walk. We are also walking distance to Holland Park (5 minutes) and 5 minutes to High street kensington.

About myself: I am a professional working in the borough.
I am quite easy going and friendly. Love a nice chat when possible. I like being around people that are positive and calm. I work 3 nights a week in the borough as a night nurse. I look after gardens and my businesses the rest of the time. I will be travelling a week in February and a couple of weeks in April!
