Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease because I’ve just started a new job and the commute has become a bit too much. The flat itself is genuinely lovely - really spacious, with a bright conservatory and a private garden. It’s also in a great spot: a few minutes’ walk to Fulham Broadway station and about three minutes to King’s Road.

The room available is a good-sized double with lots of storage, and it opens right out into the conservatory and garden, which is such a nice bonus.

Ideally I’m looking for someone to move in around February. Rent is £1,300 a month, and it would need to be paid upfront until June. The lease runs until June, with the option to extend for another year if you want to stay
