I’m a working professional looking for another professional to view this 2 bedroom + 2 bath flat together this week and rent it jointly. The apartment is modern, well-maintained, and finished to a good standard, with a bright open-plan kitchen/living area, modern bathrooms, and a private garden.

The flat is located in W14 (Barons Court area) with excellent transport links and plenty of local amenities nearby. It’s a great option for two people who want a comfortable, well-kept home rather than moving into an existing household.

A bit about me: I work full-time in tech on a hybrid basis, I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a friendly, relaxed home environment — social at times but also value personal space and quiet during the week.
