Spacious double room in West Kensington, 1 min away from the Picadilly Line (Barons Court Station) in zone 1/2. Location is excellent, it's a safe and beautiful residential area and there's night tube to our door.

The flat is a victorian conversion with 2 bedrooms (no living room). You will take over the room I am leaving (a square of aprox 3.60x3.40m) and will come unfurnished as I'll be taking my belongings. The only furniture that stays is the wood drawer and the large gold mirror (landlord's).

I have lived in this flat for 6 years and I have loved every moment, I'm only leaving because I will work from home from now on and I need a home/office type of setup.

You will be flatsharing with Sophie who is 34, NHS nurse, and the sweetest most respectful cohabitant you could think of. She works outside the house for long hours so you'll have the flat for yourself very often.

TENANCY CONTRACT
You will be taking over my place in the tenancy contract until it ends (it finishes the 20th June 2026). It will be done through the agency (there will be a reference check) so you'll have the possibility of staying after those 4 months.
