About Us
You will be sharing the house with two University of Cambridge graduates who have been calling this property home since last September. We are easygoing professionals with very international backgrounds, having lived in several different countries! We love exploring the local culinary scene as massive foodies and we frequently balance that out by working out at the nearby gym. We enjoy keeping the house a fun, warm, and inviting place to be.
The Room and Lease
Our great friend is vacating his ensuite room to head back to Georgia. We are hoping to find a nice, friendly individual to take over the lease and join our household.

Council Tax Band: Council tax is not a payable cost for us tenants as it is completely covered by the landlord.
