Hi, I'm a PhD student at Imperial, and I'm currently looking for someone to temporarily take over my flat for 6 months (could extend to 9 months depending on the ending of your courses) starting on August 1st (could be customized as well depending on your arrival), as I'm leaving for a placement.
It's located on High Street Kensington, 15 mns walk from Imperial South Ken campus and 1 mn from Hyde Park.
The rent is 875 GBP without bills. This could be a great opportunity for anyone looking for an temporary or strategic logding solution now as it's likely more difficult and expensive to search for a flat now than in Feb or March. There's just one additional roommate (a very nice person, and PhD graduate from Imperial) to share the common space and kitchen with, but everyone has its own bathroom.
