The room has principle use of one of the two bathrooms, with the other being shared by the other two residents. Additionally, there's also a downstairs cloakroom.

There are shared drawing and dining rooms, and a large kitchen. There's also an attractive and secluded garden. The house is extremely well equipped, with super-fast broadband, and is close to all local amenities. Oh, yes, and there's a piano.

The street is quiet and very attractive, in a characterful neighbourhood – part Camden Town, part Hampstead.

Situated in Zone 2, Kentish Town has excellent transport links to the City and the West End, as well as being on Thameslink (one stop to St Pancras and the Eurostar, and two stops to Farringdon and the Elizabeth Line for Heathrow, as well as Gatwick and Luton Airports), and on the London Overground (Clapham Junction, Richmond, Stratford and Surrey Quays) at Kentish Town West.

[Please note that Kentish Town tube is currently closed (although Thameslink is still open), but Tufnell Park Station is only a couple of extra minutes walk away.]

The rent is £1,150 per calendar month inclusive of all utilities, council tax (Band G, for reference), super-fast broadband, TV licence, weekly cleaner, etc., payable monthly in advance, with 1 month's deposit.

We are a fun and friendly household of lively, intelligent, sociable guys, currently: filmmaker / cinematographer (resident landlord); architect; business analyst. There's usually a bottle of wine on the go ... but there's more than enough space to be private too.

No pets resident, but landlord occasionally looks after family labrador.
