A double room is becoming available in our friendly houseshare from the 1st January, just a stones throw away from Kentish Town Station (literally 30 seconds away! but on a quiet road just off Kentish Town High Street).
The Flatmates:
The remaining housemates are myself (Sarah) works in Supply Chain, Patricia who works in Architecture and Sacha who works in Journalism. We all like hang out together quite regularly (whether that's going out for a meal, to the pub or just watching tv) and are now great friends so we want someone who is keen to join our little group. We don't really want someone who we never see or who isn't sociable but we are open to both a male or female new housemate. This is our home, not just a place to sleep but as long as you are friendly, tidy and up for a laugh - I'm sure we will get on well.
The Flat:
The flat is the top two floors of a semi-detached house. We have a shared living room and kitchen, x1 bathroom, x1 toilet and x4 bedrooms. The available room is a double which comes with a comfy double bed and built in wardrobe. There is a desk, chair, bedside table and shelving unit that the current housemate is willing to sell for a low cost.
The rent includes all bills minus a cleaner which we have every 2 weeks. We have fibre optic broadband, a dishwasher and washing machine.
Location:
We are located about a 1 min walk (30 seconds if you run!) from Kentish Town tube station! Which means we are also a 1min walk from the local supermarkets, pubs and buses. There are loads of great pubs round here as well as lots of restaurants and great transport links.
