We are looking to move out of our double room in this property.

It is a furnished property with a shared toilet + bathroom, spacious kitchen, living space and balcony/patio.

The rent includes all bills (water, gas, internet, TV licence) except electricity, which does not go over £10-20 a month, per person.

It's in a great location, only 5-10 mins from either Kentish Town station (Northern Line and Overground) or Gospel Oak (Overground) and has your local Tesco, Sainsbury's etc. conveniently located.


The remaining contract is until 6th September. There are currently two other rooms with tenants.
