It is centrally located, just a 10 minute's walk to Kentish Town tube station (Northern Line) and Kentish Town West (Overground). There are numerous bus routes into the centre nearby and UCL is only 20minutes away.

We have one room available for a short let over the summer until June 30th. The rent is £231pw (£1001pcm).

All tenants must be postgraduate students.
