Spacious Double 5-10 Mins walk from Chalk Farm

My room is available from 26th October till 13th December as I'm working abroad and am looking to sublet it during this time!

The room itself is very spacious, bright and fully furnished; including a large cantilever desk, large wardrobe with full length mirror, and 2 x chest of drawers (one large and one smaller bed side).

The house was refurbished just before we moved here last February, so is very modern and clean - the rent of £695pcm includes 150mb fibre broadband and water bills. Council tax is an extra £41.40 pp per month, and gas and electric is £13.40 pp per month.

The living room is very spacious, with a dining table, 2 sofas, TV and speakers. We have an amazon fire stick with Netflix and amazon prime - it's a lovely space to hang out in the evening with the other housemates. We also have a newly renovated garden with flowers and a lawn. There is also patio space for bikes.

The other housemates are all lovely - 4 close mates I was living with throughout university, all young professionals working in music, sound engineering and music PR, aged 23-25. We'd be Looking for a friendly, clean, like minded young professional aged around 21-29 who would be up for hanging out in evenings and weekends!

The house is situated on a lovely quiet street, 5-10 mins walk from Chalk Farm (northern line), Kentish Town West and Gospel Oak (overground) stations - so fantastic links to the rest of central London. Camden is literally a 15 min walk away!
