We have a small double available in the flat. The room is furnished with a double bed, drawers etc

The flat is literally 2 mins from the tube station and 10 mins away from central London. And 10 min walk from the heath!

Really lovely communal massive outside space, and a balcony.

There is no living room, but there is a communal hall, and kitchen.

Gas bill included!!! But other bills come to about £60 - £80 a month.

Move in date from Dec 23rd.

There is more than enough space in the communal hall for a desk etc if you need to work from home.

I am the live out landlord. - and I live at the end of the road with my kids and husband. So always on hand to help!!
