We have a small double available in the flat. The room is furnished with a double bed.

The flat is literally 2 mins from the tube station and 10 mins away from central London. And 10 min walk from the heath!

Really lovely communal massive outside space, and a balcony.

There is no living room, but there is a communal hall, and kitchen.

Bills come to about £60 a month.

Move in date from Jan 30th onwards .

There is more than enough space in the communal hall for a desk etc if you need to work from home.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate please!
