Hi, I'm Sofia - the current flatmate :)

I'm doing a PhD at UCL and in the process of writing my thesis, so I'd welcome a flatmate who can be quiet, relaxed and very clean.
I very much enjoy a glass of wine on weekends and to socialise, taking that it doesn't disturb anyone's peace.

I'm hoping to get not only a flatmate, but also a new friend in the process, so we can both call this flat "home" :)

The current flatmate is just moving out, so you'd start your tenancy on the 1st of July. As I'm a student until September I'm exempt from Council Tax until then.
Current contract ends in June, with the possibility of renewal.
