Description
We are looking for a young professional to fill a double room in our beautiful house in Kentish Town. It is situated on a quiet residential road yet very close to the main hustle and bustle of the High Street. It is 5 minute walk from Kentish Town underground and Thameslink Station, with Kentish Town West Overground station, a mere 15 minute walk away.
In the house there are four bedrooms with two bathrooms and a WC. So no queues for the shower in the morning! There's a large sitting/dining room with a comfy sofa with a TV, fibre broadband et cetera and a separate large kitchen with all the usual equipment such as a washer, separate dryer, dishwater, etc. There's plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer space. At the rear of the house, there is a lovely patio/garden area to relax in, which gets lots of sun. We have a cleaner who comes twice a month so no cleaning water!
The room itself, is rear facing on the top floor and a good size. It's got a double bed and plenty of storage.
We're looking for a tidy, friendly, sociable professional who will treat the house like a home.
The bedroom is furnished and rent is £675 pcm. Bills are @ £100 -£130 pcm, with council tax energy, broadband and cleaner paid monthly, water every six months, and TV licence paid annually.
We deal with our private landlord directly, so there is no agents fees. However, he will naturally require references.
