We are currently two professionals working in Health and Finance, with regular working hours, and looking for someone with similar schedule. We have varied interests and compliment one another in the share which is enjoyable. The area has a lovely community feeling and very much appreciative of all the location has to offer. Bill. There is a combined gas & electric bill. This is very reasonable, though we are very mindful about eco efficiency, whilst being comfortable. Combined bill reflects exactly how part-time person will reside. Total combined bill is £18 in total for M - F, and will come down in April as well as warmer weather.
