Transport - .K. T .Tube &Thameslink 10 min walk, Kentish Town overland 2 min walk, variety of frequent buses. Camden Town/Chark Farm 10 min walk. Easy access to Hampstead Heath & Primrose Park. Small public gardens 2 mins away. Very close to Kings Cross & Euston. UCL, Birbeck, Royal Free.

Looking for a responsible, female preferred, flatmate who likes a mixture of getting together to form a nice friendly calm home atmosphere as well as own space and chilling out.

We are currently two professionals with regular working hours with varied interests. The area has a lovely communal feeling and very much appreciative in all the location has to offer. We are fully vaccinated , and value keeping ourselves & others safe and healthy.

Rent - £610 pcm inclusive, except for 1 bill (see below)
Deposit - £500 fully returnable following minimum of 1 months notice. pcm. Short/flexible let considered, 3 - 6 mths, strong possibility of longer term.

Bill. There is a combined gas & electric bill which up until recently used to be £30 per person per month. With the increased gas charges, this is more like £45 in total per person a month, depending on usage.
