Bright room in a homely flat

Hello!

One of our current flatmates is unfortunately moving out of London. We are looking for someone to take over their light and airy double room in Tufnell Park.

It's a 5 minute walk to the Tufnell Park tube (northern line), just under 10 mins for Kentish tube (Northern Line and National rail) and a 10 minute walk to Gospel Oak overground. There are also 24 hour buses into central London.

The flat is on two level and is a good size, with two bathrooms, a large bright living room with a full dining table, fully equipped kitchen and a small outdoor patio (with table, chairs and BBQ). It's in a quiet area away from the main road, but also close to the cafes and shops of Tufnell Park and Kentish Town.

We're only a 10 minute walk from Hampstead Heath, which is lovely in the sunshine! Otherwise, Highgate, Archway, Holloway and Camden are just a walk or a bus ride away.

You'd be living with two professional ladies. Yvonne - who works for a Professional Service firm, and Lydia who works for a university.

We're looking for a friendly and tidy person to join us here. Whilst we all have our own interests and friends, we are happy to spend time together when we're all in, and would be keen to have local dinners/trips to the pub etc.

The price includes rent of £620 and include bills, which come to approximately £120/130 a month, each. We have a cleaner fortnightly.

The property also has an outside lockable storage unit that can fit in two bikes and shelves for extra storage. There is also car parking available.
