I'm looking for someone to sublet my room from July 24th to Aug 7th.
The flat is on the high street. Even though you may hear sirens a lot (it's London after all), there are amazing restaurants, cafes, and shops within 1-2 min walk distance. In terms of groceries, you have Tesco, Co-op, Iceland, Sainsbury's all within 2-3 minutes distance. Amazing bakery (Kossofs) is across the street. Gail's is downstairs!
Kentish Town (Thameslink) station 3 min by walk, Kentish Town West (Overground) 7 min by walk, Camden Town (Northern Line) and Tuffnell (Northern Line) stations are both 12-13 min by walk. You can also reach the best parks in London quite fast; Hampstead Heath in 10 min and Regent's Park in 15 min by walk.
The room faces West, so you get the sun in the afternoon.
The deposit (£500) and the 2-week rent (£650) should be paid in advance to reserve the room.
