Beautiful large double bedroom to rent out with a window onto the conservatory, shelves, a cupboard, a desk and a double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with essential utensils and crockery.
We are looking for a quiet , clean person who is either working or studying in London for a short period.
Our daughter is living there at the moment so there is only one bedroom available . She is a quiet professional woman who works full time out of the flat and will expect her flat mate to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy.
We would not expect any parties or noisy gatherings. Visitors are welcome at reasonable times but it will not be possible for them to stay the night. and they would need to be respectful about using shared spaces when they have visitors.
The entrance hall is shared with our upstairs neighbours who are a quiet family we have known for many years.
We cannot have couples or pets and it is non smoking and non vaping.
The flat is very quiet and situated on a peaceful and sought after residential street within a very close distance to Kings Cross, Camden and other transport.
