I’m moving out of my current two bedroom and two bathroom at the end of September so I’m looking for someone to take over my side of the contract. I’ve lived here for 3 years and loved it.

The flat is in Kentish Town and within 10 minute walk from Kentish Town Underground station (Northern Line) and 10-15 mins away from Tufnell Park station. Kentish Town Thameslink is ~10mins walk and also good bus links into central and beyond.

The flat is situated on the 3rd floor of a converted office block in a quiet residential mews and comes part-furnished. The room is the master bedroom with en-suite and comes with double bed, bedside table and three-door wardrobe. The ensuite includes a large walk-in shower. The flat has a large, bright living and dining room area too.

Bills aren’t included and the ideal move-in date would be the 2nd of October. Council tax band is D.

The flat is 15 minute walk from Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and 20 mins from Camden Market. As well as many cafes/restaurants/pubs.

You would be sharing with Nina - who works from home a day or two a week and enjoys cooking and exploring London.
