We're looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely flat in Kentish Town this November.

The flat has a shared bathroom with bath/shower, and the kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob and washing machine/dryer. There is no separate living room, but the kitchen is spacious with a dining table, and we do have a balcony with table and a large shared garden.

Your room comes furnished with wardrobe, desk, chair, bed and mattress.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Kentish Town station (Northern line when it reopens, Thameslink with direct trains to Luton airport) and a 20 minute walk from Camden Town, Tufnell Park and Caledonian Road. There are also bus stops all around (390, 29, 253, 88, 134, 214, 393).

We are a 20 minute walk from Camden market, Hampstead Heath and Granary Square, and there are great shops, bakeries and restaurants close to the flat too.

Rent is £616 pcm
Bills aren't included, but usually come to £100-£150 pcm (council tax, water, electricity, gas, wifi).

You'll be living with Anna (from Italy) and Katie (from Scotland) - both working full time during the week between our offices and the flat.
We like to spend time together cooking and drinking wine or going out to explore the area, but also value time and space to ourselves.
