I have one double room to let out to a single person.
We are trying to sell the flat after living here since 1996 and are looking for a short term lodger during the sale period.
The bedroom has wooden floors, storage and a comfortable double bed. The large window opens out into the conservatory that looks over the back garden.
Even though it does not have an external window it feels very light and airy because of the high ceilinged conservatory.
The flat is cosy and clean with a large garden and sit in kitchen and living area. My family and I use the flat occasionally but most of the time it is primarily occupied by the other female lodger. The bathroom, kitchen, living room are shared.
It is a quiet flat with storage space and a lovely tranquil feel.
It is situated on the ground floor and we have one upstairs neighbour who is considerate.
The communal entrance hall is very spacious and airy but no bikes are allowed to be stored in it. There is a front and back garden.
The flat is within a few minutes walk from Camden Road and the 29 bus. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Kings Cross mainline station through a back route off the main road. It is about 10 minutes walk from Kentish Town Tube and 15 minutes walk to Camden tube. It is 5 minutes walk from Kentish Town road and all the shops there. It is a 5 minute walk to Brecknock road. All in all it has served us very well over the years.
On arrangement you can use our large storage area in the basement but this would incur a fee.
All bills are included in the rent including the council tax.
The bathroom is shared.
I can send a guided tour of the flat once I have references and we have spoken over the phone to confirm a. viewing is necessary.
