3 month let in Chic Kentish Town House (bills inc)

Looking for a stylish summer short let from July 10 to October?

I have a spacious and tranquil double bedroom, and a large spa-like bath and shower room to let in a five bedroom architect designed house with garden, south-facing roof terrace and close to central London.

There is twice-weekly cleaner, weekly bedlinen change plus full access to a washing machine, drier, fridge, kitchen diner, plus an office space.

Wifi in the house is G-network and fantastically fast.

I'm looking for someone who needs a short stay, perhaps here for work in theatre, the arts, music, media, fashion, podcasting or academia who needs to be in London at this time and is looking for a very central London pad to base themselves.

Kentish Town is well served by public transport with easy access to every corner of London via its three train stations. It’s a vibrant, multi-cultural neighbourhood close to Camden Town and central London, and walking distance to excellent music venues in Camden and Kentish Town including The Roundhouse and Kentish Town Forum.

The British Library, UCL and SOAS are also a short bus ride or 10-15 minute cycle away. There is a Lime bike dock 20 seconds from the front door too!

There is a gym and pool two minutes walk away, and for those who love to run and hike Regents Park/Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath are no more than 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by bike as is Parliament Hill's famous outdoor Lido for summer swims.
