A beautiful, bright double room available in a homely flat next to Hampstead Heath. Available from 12th October 2024. Bills additional approx. £130/month. Females preferred, preferably mainly works from office/site-based due to no desk.

We are two professional women (30), looking for a flatmate to join our lovely two story flat. I work in sustainability and Grace in product development, who both work 1-2 days from home and would be looking for someone with a similar schedule. Note this room does not have space for a desk so someone mainly office/site-based would probably suit best.

We enjoy quiet evenings in, being active or taking full advantage of having Hampstead Heath, the lido, and various pubs/cafes on our doorstep!

We are looking for someone who is friendly, easy-going and helps towards keeping the flat clean and tidy. Ultimately, we are looking for a housemate but also someone who would like to make this flat their home.

The bedroom available gets a lot of natural light, is a good size and includes a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table and some shelf space.

We have a split bathroom separate toilet and a large, comfy lounge and kitchen. We also have a balcony, perfect for coffee/breakfast in the sun first thing in the morning, or a glass of wine in the summer evenings, looking out over a shared grass courtyard.

The flat is located a few minutes from a Tesco Express, a Gail's Bakery, a pharmacy and some great independent restaurants and pubs.

Tufnell Park station (Northern Line) is a 10-15 minute walk and the flat is also a 10 minute walk to Gospel Oak Overground station. 24hr buses also available from the end of our road.
