Double room to rent for 30+ in friendly houseshare

We have a large furnished double room for rent for a minimum of one year in our shared house in Kentish Town. We are all in our mid 30's to mid 40's so we are looking for someone our age to keep the balance (no students, couples or pets, sorry!).

You'll be sharing with Dan, a British web developer, Claire, originally from France and working in live music, Hersilia, a Romanian violin maker & Lizzie, a make-up artist from Kentish Town.

The house has a big garden, a big kitchen and a massive living-room. The room is on the first floor and you'll be sharing a large bathroom with Hersilia & Lizzie only. We take turns to deep clean the communal areas.

The moving date is Sunday 1 Feb (or between 1-10 Feb negotiable).

The rent is £455 per month plus a monthly average of £150 for council tax, internet and bills. You'll need to pay a £550 deposit that you'll get back when you move out. All included the room comes up to about £600 monthly.
