Bright & Airy Room In The Heart Of Kentish Town

Hello,

We are looking to fill a room in our big old house.
....We are looking for a social, yet respectful working professional to join us.

We all work in somewhat creative industries, are outdoorsy and eat healthy (getting old), social busy people, although we do like to hang out in the living room of an evening and watch tv or the odd film. We're looking for someone who wants the house to be a home rather than passing ships in the night!

The room is £700 inc bills and the house is situated right on the high street. Just 4 minutes walk to Kentish Town station (Northern Line) and 8 minutes walk from the overground station Kentish Town West, tonnes of buses on Kentish Town Road. Hampstead Heath is really close.

There is a large living room in the house, two comfy sofas. The bathroom is a decent size and there’s a second toilet down the hall so never a wait. The kitchen is spacious with two fridges and freezers and a washing machine. GAS HOBBS!

There's a decent sized rooftop/ Patio area, which can be used for BBQ's and gets the sun until about 3, you just have to have sun first.

We have a cleaner, so the house is always kept clean. This is included in your rent.
