It’s a lovely 2 bedroom Flat located in Kentish Town so it’s perfect for anyone that works in central London and going out in London. The room is available to move in from the 1st June.

There are some restrictions imposed by agency. The salary of the future tenant can’t be higher than 50K. To pass references


-Bus connections nearby (46, 88, 29, 214)
-10 minutes walk from Camden Town Station.

The room it’s not furnished but my flatmate will sell the furniture for a good price (Bed available) . The flat also has a living room with a Juliet balcony,1 bathroom and a decent size kitchen. The room is approximately 800£ pcm excluding bills.
