Double room in Kentish Town

Lovely cosy double room available in Kentish Town from early July. Move in date can be flexible.

THE FLAT:
This is a three-floor flat in Kentish Town with a large kitchen and living room, so there’s plenty of communal space. There are two bathrooms so you'd be sharing a bathroom, with one other flatmate. The room has a double bed and furniture including a wardrobe and chest of drawers. It’s on the quieter side of the flat and has plenty of natural light.

The flat is on a quiet road but only a 5-minute walk from Kentish Town station. It’s also about a 10 minute walk from Tufnell Park, which we’re using during the Kentish Town closure. We’re also a 15-minute walk from Kentish Town West overground. Kentish Town is very accessible and it’s super easy to get to central London from here. It’s worth noting that we don’t have any space to store a bike in this flat, and street bike storage tends to have a long waiting list, so this probably wouldn’t suit cyclists.
It takes no more than 5-10 minutes to walk to the high street, which has lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs to enjoy. We’re about a 20-minute walk to lovely Hampstead Heath on one end, or the same amount of time to Camden Town and the beautiful Regents Park on the other end.

THE FLATMATES:
We are three female professionals aged 26-32, working in teaching, insurance and law. We like to do things together as a flat on a pretty regular basis, whether that’s watching some reality tv together on a weeknight, going to see Arsenal women play at The Emirates, or having the odd night out in Kentish Town’s many pubs and bars. We like to keep the place clean and tidy, and are looking for someone who can do the same.

RENT/BILLS/DEPOSIT:
The rent is exactly £637.50 a month, but may be subject to an increase in the next few months (to be confirmed by the landlord) Bills are extra (including council tax, energy, water and Wifi) but usually work out around £100 a month.
The deposit is one month’s rent at £637.50 and would need to be paid before you move in.
