One bed share, incl large living space and garden

Looking for a working professional to rent the bigger bedroom of my two bedroom flat with private bathroom including bath and shower. Shared large living space open plan kitchen and living room. Appliances include dishwasher, washing machine and whole flat has underfloor heating. Space includes With private garden, space for bike outside, and can use BBQ in summer.

Flat and bedroom are fully furnished. Happy to accept some dogs but not hairy ones and no other pets.

Flat is a short 5 minute walk to Camden Town and Kentish Town underground and 5 mins walk to Kentish Town West Overground and the high street. 15 mins walk to Regent’s Park and Hampstead Heath. Council Tax Band D.

I am relaxed and social and like to be outside cycling, walking, running on weekends. My job keeps me very busy during the week so enjoy I gaming or curling up on the sofa mid week evenings. I’m looking for someone who’s working full time, is easy going and some shared interests.
