Hi, my flatmate is moving out End of May/Beginning of June so looking for someone to live with me in this 2 bed 2 bathroom flat in Kentish Town.
🏠: Furnished 1st Floor Flat on Kentish Town Road (Zone 2/Band D) with 1 current flatmate (Me). It's 5-10 minutes walk to Kentish Town Station/Northern Line (currently still closed) and Kentish Town West/Overground. Chalk Farm Station and Camden Station are 10-15 minutes walk away too.
🛏: The room is double room with its own adjoining bathroom. The Kitchen/Living Room and Hallways are shared.
💰: Rent us £950 PCM excluding bills. Bills amount to approx £166/PPCM. Deposit is £1125.
The current tenancy is until 18th November with possibility of renewal then.
🔑: It's a fairly standard flat in terms of amenities... But it has a dishwasher! The room is at the back of the flat and quiet.
🗓: Ideal moving date for new tenant would be 10/06.
👤: I'm the current flatmate, I'm 27 (F) and half-French/half-Brit. Apart from that I'm fairly normal IDK. I WFH 3-4 days a week so do value a normal level of noise and a good night's sleep. I work in TV so sometimes come home late. I love to cook so do spend a fair bit of time in the kitchen. Not a cleanliness freak but it's a nice flat and we try to keep it that way so we take turns in cleaning twice a month and tidy up after ourselves.
