A double room in an clean, airy first floor flat with high ceilings. One of four in a large converted house next to a church - thankfully they don't believe in bells so no nasty Sunday morning alarms.

The 2 bed flat has one bathroom, a large kitchen & a large living room. I stay over at my girlfriend's for about half of the days in a given week so you'd have the flat to yourselves a lot of the time

Contract details: 1 year with 6 month break clause starting 27th June. The total rent is £2500pm (excld bills). The plan would be to split this evenly (£1250pm each) along with bills. Council tax band D.
The bedroom is completely unfurnished but the living room is furnished (tv, sofas, table etc).

I'm a 25yr old software engineer working at a start-up. I love to cook, go out to the theatre & play board games. I'm looking for a tidy & respectful working professional (non-smoker).
