First floor bedroom with private bathroom

I am renting out my room for the summer, from start of June till the start of September. The bedroom is big with lots of open light and space . There is a private bathroom with a bath and toilet, which I share with the person who lives on the second floor. There is a small fridge in the room with cooking appliances in a small guest room on the floor. This room is used by the landlord for friends who stay over but is mainly available for visitors that wants to sleep over, the price is 20 pounds a night.
