Double room in Kentish Town

INITIAL CONTRACT of 6 months and then if possible another 6 month extension and then that on repeat until the landlady sells the flat.

Hi I’m Tom, my flatmate Richard and I are looking for 2 people to take over the 2 rooms left by our flatmates who will soon be leaving. This is the 2nd biggest room in the house. There is a kitchen, bathroom (with shower, no bath) and a separate toilet. We both work full time and are looking for someone who works full time; is respectful and quiet and will actively contribute to a clean and nice feeling living space. We are respectful and friendly people who simply want someone who will help keep the flat looking and feeling nice and contribute to the regular house costs, be responsible and not cause any issues, arguments or slack in their housemate responsibilities. There is no expectation to socialise.
