Double room in a beautiful spacious flat

Hello!

My lovely flat mate is moving away from the area and i am looking for someone to take the contract in a very beautiful flat, with a lot of natural light, a very big living room, 2 bathrooms and a very convenient location.

You would be taking over a room with beautiful built in wardrobe in a new and modern apartment.

⚠️The only note i have is that the flat is unfurnished as my mate will take all the furniture so we will have to work together to make it our own :)

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and a washing machine.

I’m quite a chill person, you will find me mostly at the gym or swimming after work. I like dancing so you may get some invites to join if you feel like it. I like to go explore new places, coffee shops and chill netflix nights.

🌸 I do own a very nice coffee machine, so morning coffee won’t be a problem plus there is an airfryer in the flat

I am looking for someone that wants to go to a home and not just to a room :)

Bills 💵 come around 150 per person per month
